Claude Code 2.1.140 review: remote features disabled when an API key is set

In 2.1.139-2.1.140, Remote Control, /schedule, cloud MCP connectors and notification preferences are silently disabled when ANTHROPIC_API_KEY or an auth token is set, even with a Claude.ai login.
